Provide approved product or brand assets, numbered source clips, verified facts, the intended audience and CTA, and your rights confirmation through authorized HTTPS cloud links.
When does the delivery timeline start?
Timing begins only after manual payment verification, content checks, complete accessible materials, and confirmation of every brief in the production batch.
How many revisions are included?
One consolidated revision round is included for every 10-video batch. Requests must remain within the confirmed brief; a new concept, product, language, or direction may require a new order.
Can you publish to my social accounts?
No. InfiTalk delivers finished MP4 files for you to review and publish. Social account access, posting, media buying, comment replies, and performance guarantees are outside the service.
What happens if music rights are unclear?
We use music only when the declared licence covers the intended use. If rights cannot be confirmed, the video is delivered without that music rather than using an unverified track.
How do refunds work?
Eligibility depends on the production stage and the published Refund Policy. Submit the public Refund Request with the payer email and PayPal Transaction ID for manual billing review.
